FG in three days??

It can, depending on starting gravity and fermentation temp. What did you start at? End at? Fermentation temp?
 
OG: 1.061
FG:1.021

Temp was around 63 F

My wort was hot and took for ever to cool down, around 2 - 3 hours

I edited my post because after I searched and all my numbers added up I figured it was all good
 
Steeping Grains- remove at 170 F and 30 min
4oz Caramunich
4oz Special B
8oz Carapils

Malt Extracts / Additions:
7lb Pilsner Extract
8oz Corn Sugar

Hops:
1oz Hallertau @ 60 min
1oz Hallertau @ 1min

Yeah I for ****s and grins I added 1oz of toasted hemp seeds with 10 min left to see what would happen, I know oil and beer dont mix. not sure how much oil they got though

The esitmated OG: was 1.054 - 1.058
estimated ABV was 5.1% - 5.3

Those numbers gave me 5.24%
