I saw the ad and thought the same thing as you. Seems too cheap and no real way of fighting if the product doesn't ship.

send byo and email and ask them some info about it, if they placed an ad byo gotta have some info on the company

Don't have my BYO with me. Is this the one from the guy in Pennsylvania with the bar across the top? If so he has been selling them on Ebay for a while now. I have one and I believe a few others here have them. For the money they aren't too bad for what they are. I think there may be some reviews in the hardware section.
