Is there any problems with fermenting in a boiler room cause thats where i can a steady 72 75 degrees.
 
That's a little warmer than most ale yeasts would prefer (68° is pretty close to ideal for most). Remember, an active fermentation can generate additional heat beyond the ambient temperature. Simple swamp coolers may help if you find that the temp's running too high, or there are lots of designs for simple, cheap fermentation chillers.

Remember, there's no much that'll have a more-pronounced effect on your beer than maintaining fermentation temperatures properly.
