I brewed a hefeweizen with weihenstephan Wyeast 3068. The first 18 or so hours the fermentation was going like crazy had to use a blow off tube, also smelled of sulfur which I believe is normal. I get home from work and NO BUBBLES. There is still quite a bit of movement in the carboy but no bubbles coming through airlock.
Any help?
