Fermentation heater

I know most people are pretty satisfied with their light bulb in a paint can heaters for their fermentation chamber but i wanted to share this with the hbt world

im setting up for a Berliner weisse pitching lacto a few days before sacc looking at 100f for the lacto my lightbulb in a can isnt gonna cut it but i think last years Christmas gift from my mother in law might help

I started 20 gallons of Berliner with a lacto fermentation. It got the pH down to 3.4 in 5 days using a ferm wrap keeping it at 80F.

i use this http://www.reptilebasics.com/12-heat-tape with a temp controller. works great, is cheap and my fiancee uses my old one as a heating pad for her back.

How much of the tape do you use, how big is your chamber, and how does it connect to the temp controller? I don't see any cables.
