Fermentation Chamber Question

I'm about to buy a fridge/freezer this weekend to use for temp control. My original plan was to by a side by side type unit so eventually I can use one side to serve from kegs and the other to ferment. How do you set this up for 2 different temps? Is it even possible? I think I'm going to order the Thermostar for my temp control. I'm not kegging yet but I plan to in the near future and am trying to plan ahead.

As the other thread shows, what you (and many others) want to do may be technically achievable, but a PITA nonetheless.

As clean and relatively compact as that would be, I would much rather have two separate units.
