I've just brewed, fermented, and bottled my first batch in my new Fermentasaurus. Everything seemed to go well, but I'm attaching a picture with the trub gathering at the bottom of the main fermenting chamber. Is this normal? I thought it would clear to the lower collection bottle. Can anyone tell me their experiences with it and any "secret" tips to make everything work better.
Slainte!

Time.

It takes time for the trub to completely settle out after being stirred up by the yeast activity during fermentation. You can speed it up some by chilling the beer which is known as cold crashing.
