10lb - White Wheat (35.7%)
1lb - Flaked Wheat (3.6%)
1lb - Flaked Oats (3.6%)
1lb - Cane Sugar (3.6%)

HOP SCHEDULE
1oz - Chinook @ 60 minutes

2oz - Cascade @ 10 minutes
2oz - Mosaic @ 10 minutes
2oz - Galaxy @ 10 minutes

2oz - Mosaic @ 0 minutes for 45 minutes Whirlpool
2oz - Cascade @ 0 minutes for 45 minutes Whirlpool
2oz - Galaxy @ 0 minutes for 45 minutes Whirlpool

1oz - Mosaic @ DRY HOP for 4 days
1oz - Cascade @ DRY HOP for 4 days
1oz - Galaxy @ DRY HOP for 4 days

YEAST
2ea - Safale US05 dry yeast, no starter

MISCELLANEOUS ADDITIONS
2ea - Whirlfoc Tablets @ 15 minutes
8oz - Looseleaf Rooibos Tea @ 5 minutes steeped at 212°F
1ea - Package of Knox Gelatin bloomed at 160°F in 1/4 cup of H2O racked into 1/4 Sanke alongside fermented beer


Will be brewing this next Wednesday (8/17) I think that the hop combo will be quite nice I like Galaxy and Cascade together just never tried with Mosaic but I have some time to fiddle as I haven't picked up ingredients yet. I'll follow through with pictures and updates, in the meantime feel free to comment thoughts

Edit: reworked the hop scheduling dropped 15 minute additions to 10 minutes and 5 minute to flame out.
