I’m interested in brewing up some bocks and doppelbocks this fall but my LHBS has a pretty poor selection of liquid yeasts. I’m a big fan of dry yeasts for ales but have no experience beyond 34/70 for lagers.
I’d love to hear your experiences with dry yeasts for bocks and which ones were your favorites!
