Thanks Cyclman, just getting into all grain brewing. Currently have a Toasted Pumpkin Ale in the fermenter and a lemon cream ale on tap. Trying to decide what to do next.

I could use some sage advice, being very very green to brewing. I would welcome even being able to observe you brewing in action.

Since I am just starting up again after a few years off I feel like a newbie myself but I am happy to help any way I can. I am teaching my son extract now, we are going to full grain as soon as I can revive my mash tun. Send me a message if you are going to brew and as soon as we go grain I will drop you a note
