I've been playing around with this recipe for a few days now and wondered if anyone had any ideas/suggestions.

3 gallon batch
1.25# Wheat DME
1# Extra light DME
Infect with Wyeast 5335 for 12 to 16 hours until sour/tart is just right.
.25 oz Cascade in 15 min boil
Wyeast 3333 in Primary for 3 weeks.
Rack onto a pound of frozen rasberries for a week.
Bottles and let age.

Should be SRM of about 3-4 and ABV of 3.2% and IBU of 6.

I would puree the raspberries and possibly mix them with a couple oz of Rum/Vodka to sanitize.
You probably don't need three weeks in primary, as fermentation would most likely take a week to ten days max.
Your hops look really low, might double-check that against common Weisse recipes.
Make sure to take the sourness of the berries into account when infecting, or it may turn out more sour than you expect.

Good luck
