What do people do with extra half ounces of hops? I have a recipe that I'm working on right now that has 1/2 oz of Warrior and 1 1/2 oz of Liberty, so now I am stuck with extra half ounces.

Is it safe to tie these up and freeze them without vacuum sealing them? If so, how long would they be good for?

I toss them in a ziplock bag and freeze them. You can use them later. Pellets won't lose much in my experience. If nothing else substitute them in a known brew to see what they change

I just close them up as tightly as possible, and use them as quickly as possible. And keep 'em in the freezer.

Great, thanks for the info. I kept them in the same packaging and bound them up tight with a rubber band and threw them in a ziplock.

I'll probably use them in the next week or two anyway, just wanted to see.

Thanks for the help!
