A good book for experienced brewers and those who like to experiment.
Its not that it's too complex for beginners, they can enjoy it too, but they likely will get more out of it when they have brewed more. I liked the authors writing style and sense of humor. There is a joke in there about equipment and a meth lab :fro:

There were various tips or ideas that I though interesting. What I liked best was the last chapter on brewing experiments and how to conduct them.
Some of the stuff I will never use (using Kale in beer?!?) but most topics were of interest. They offer their opinions on things but are not judgmental and will readily say "X probably doesn't make much difference".

I give it 2 thumbs up :mug:
