Evening everyone,
I’ve been having some issues with BiBs; it’s not consistent, which is why I’m so perplexed
Basically, a few BiBs have expanded a week or so after filling
The bag with the liquid in is NOT expanding, it’s the outer bag that is filling with air, for no discernible reason I can find. The brew itself is absolutely fine and safe to drink, so it’s nothing to do with that, plus, out of 10 BiBs, only a couple have been affected. The brew has also been pasteurised and cooled before putting into the BiB
Has anyone else had a similar experience or any advice they can offer?
