Stout Tanks and Kettles 20 Gallon all electric HERMS brewing system.
Package deal ONLY! $4500.00
Selling my Electric Brewery modeled all electric brewing system utilizing Stout tanks 20 gallon hot liquor tank, brew kettle and mash tun with a 15 gallon Stout conical fermenter. The fermenter has been retro fit with a SS Brewtech brite tank chiller coil and utilizes an Eco Plus 1/4HP water chiller to maintain precise fermentation temperature. I built the electric control panel utilizing Kals’ design from The Electric Brewery website, but have added Minaric Triac drives to the panel to assist in more precise flow control by controlling pump speed. Additionally I have assembled a valve manifold to directly switch routing between system components, thereby eliminating the need to connect and disconnect during the brewing process (simplifies doing the brewing on my own, and minimizes cleanup). A partial list of equipment follows:
30A Electric Brewery control panel with GFCI protection
Stout HL20TW-RHC-SG-EL1-RF Hot Liquor Tank
Stout BK20TW-T1-SG-EL1 Brew Kettle
Stout MT20TW-RF-BO Mash Tun
Stout CF15TW-WH Conical Fermenter with Eco Plus 1/4HP Water Chiller and inkbird temperature controller
Stout SPOX Inline O2 Assembly
Stout Peltier Cooling Kit with Analog Technologies ATFC105D TEC Controller
Chugger Stainless Steel Pumps (Minaric TA500U Triac drives)
Brew Kettle Hop Spider
Monster Brewing Monster Mill
Advance Tabco SS 24x72 Work Table
Z Chillers Counterflow Wort Chiller
Maelstrom Stir Plate
Oxygen Tank and Flow Meter
10# CO2 Aluminum Tank
Dual Primary CO2 Regulator
Two Perlic 630SS Beer Faucets
Sears Kenmore Chest Freezer with Inkbird Temperature Controller
Ball Lock Corny Kegs (4 purchased new, 4 used)
Tri-clover Valving Maniforld, Tri-clover fittings, Silicone Tubing
Too much misc to list!
Bonus – Amphora Society PDA-1 with column extension and 6 gallon boiler for distillation
Over 11,000.00 invested, but I’m fixing to retire and move, so system has to find a new home.
