I'm about to harvest some hops off my first year plant but I've never done it so I don't know the best way to dry them I have a window screen and some air filters

If I don't have a box fan can I just do that setup under a ceiling fan?

I made some wooden frames with window screen and use a piece of nylon rope and a pulley to lift them into the rafters in my garage. Every day lower them and give a shake to make sure they're not piled up and only drying on top and bottom. As long as you don't put them in a room with stagnant air you don't NEED a fan.
The benefit of a fan is it dries them faster so they're fresher when you vacuum pack them to store.
