Dude in Cincinnati starting up this wondrous hobby

Hey everyone, I'm SUPER new at it all, but I look forward to making delicious beers (hopefully) and just enjoying it! Any starting tips would be greatly appreciated! I went to culinary school, and have a pretty good knack for pairing tastes in general, so I'm pretty optimistic that I'll make some tasty ones!

I'm sure that you will do great! I started out just trying to make "beer" and had no idea what it would taste like so if you went to culinary school, your light-years ahead of most of us. LOL!
