I've got 8oz Pacific Gem which I don't have any plans or know how to use.

Now I got a 5 gallons Gose-ish berry sour with blackcurrants, redcurrants, raspberry and blueberries fermenting.

I've asked myself if a 4oz dryhopping with Pacific Gem would be a good idea?

Long shot for a less common hop. But have anyone experience with this or hopping a fruity sour?

I have no experience with Sour IPAs that is a thing, and I suppose they are hoppy. They might be very heavily hopped and no dryhop to get that hoppy taste?
