It's brew day, fellas. Dunkin' them grains on a little halfer of dunkelveisen. My cherry's been popped on a self-constructed recipe today. Gonna toss 'er in a little brown keg and let 'em fly. Hoping for the best.

Boil volume: 2.0 gal

OG: 1.049

FG: 1.012

Bitterness (IBU): 11.5

Color (SRM): 15.7

ABV: 4.9%



Grain/Sugars:



2.50 lb Wheat LME, 69.0%

0.50 lb Amber DME, 13.8%

0.25 lb Munich (German), 6.9%

0.25 lb Caramel Wheat Malt, 6.9%

0.12 lb Chocolate Wheat Malt, 3.4%



Hops:



0.50 oz Tettnanger (AA 3.7%, Pellet) 60 min, 11.5 IBU



Yeast/Misc:



Weihenstephan Weizen yeast, 1.0 unit(s), Yeast
