Dried Hop tp Fresh Hop Conversion

If a recipe calls for 1oz of hops, what would the conversion be for freshly picked hops?

I would use fresh hops 6x dry hop recipe requirement. Figure you lose 80% of the weight + when drying.

The 20% thing is pretty much industry standard...and math would then suggest 5X dry weight...

I made a wet hop beer last year and 5X was pretty much the consensus from my research. I ended up adding 5 oz at 10 min, 5 oz at 5 min and 5 oz at knockout for 5 gallons. At lot of hops to stuff in a hop spider!
