Dragon fruit beer

I keep seeing an add for Dragon Fruit powder At Nuts.com on HTB and it is a beautiful bright pink. Has anyone brewed a beer with it, or used it in a mead?

I’d be curious about this. Most dragonfruit I’ve had (white and pink varieties) had a very mild flavor. Curious how it would manifest in a beer.

I've used frozen Pink Dragonfruit from Target in a kettle sour. I used 36oz of dragonfruit in the keg and kept it cold. If I were to brew it again I would use at least twice as much.

More than anything I want the color LOL. The nuts.com site says it has a light citrus flavor, which sounds good in almost any beer.
