About to dough in on an IIPA

Grist:

8.25# US Pale Malt
8.25# UK Pale Malt
1# table sugar

Yeast - S-05

Need help on a hop schedule...trying to clear out some hops.

Bittering with Warrior (90 minute boil)

Available:

LOTS of Simcoe (Whole cone)

The following are pellets:

5 oz Nelson
3.75 oz Citra
3.75 oz Centennial
2 oz Columbus
1 oz Chinook
1 oz Ahtanum

Was thinking of mash hopping the Ahtanum just because. After that, was considering a mostly Simcoe/Nelson/Citra, but the Centennial is calling my name. With that said, I'm really up for anything...dank, piney, citrusy, whatevs.

Well, going with the following:

1.2 oz Warrior @ 90
1 oz each Citra/Simcoe/Nelson/Cent @ 15
1.25 oz each Citra/Simcoe/Nelson/Cent @ Flameout/whirlpool (technically, doing half the flame out hops immediately at flame out, let sit for 10 minutes. Cooling to 180 then adding the remaining flame out hops)

Dry hopping will be Nelson heavy, with Citra and Simcoe (double dry hop).
