Double Bag Clone

I have noticed that there isn't much info on Double Bag clone so I decided to post this clone from older BYO
This recipe calls for a lot of hops, not sure I would go with this much with my first try.

13 Lb 2-Row Pale
1 Lb Crystal 20
.5 Lb Crystal 60
.25 Lb Chocolate
.5 Lb Wheat
?? 5.4 AAU Northern Brewer ( 60 min) ??
?? 3.6 AAU Mt. Hood (0 min) ??
1/2 Tsp Yeast Nutrition (15 min)
1/2 Tsp Irish Moss (15 Min)

WLP036 (Duseldorf Alt Ale
or
Wyeast 1007 (German Ale)

Mash with 4.7 gallons 154F for 60 minutes.

That doesn't sound like too heavy a hand with the hops to me. AAU = %AA x oz. So 5.4 AAU just mean 1 oz of 5.4% AA hops (or .5 oz of 10.8% AA hops etc...).
