I couldn't find a search on this one:
My question is how much can I expect the dopplebock's gravity to change over the 3-4 month lager period?

Here's the vitals:
Dopplebock
OG: 1.080
3 weeks of 51* fermentation and 2 days of room temp has me now at 1.020. I racked the beer to a lagering vessel. I hit my numbers for gravity - just more a curiosity question.

If you hit FG with the D-rest, it won't drop much, if at all, when lagering. Lagering is about precipitating solids, and other undesireables out of the beer. After the D-rest, I don't think the yeast play much of a role, the beer's too cold.
