This has to be something.... Looked like mold after ten days in the primary...
After about four days in the fermentor I did not see any bubbles in the airlock, so I kept checking, guess I lost the seal and kept letting air in the bucket, this is what happened!
At the start the Irish Red tasted slightly sour, but after about five weeks in the keg, it cleaned itself up. Turned out to be a good beer, not my best red though
