Brewed my x-mas ale in july, it's been aging since then and I'll be bottling it tomorrow. I used Wyeast 1028 london ale originally and want to add fresh yeast before bottling, but all they had was 1318 london ale III. does anyone think this will be a problem (or not)?

If that's all they had, not much you can do about it. But, a brew that is only 4 months old, the yeast should be active after the addition of priming sugar. I had a lambic that aged for 2 years in the primary/secondary, then bottled with no fresh yeast, and it carbed just fine.
