This is my first time actually adding spices to my cyser (only 3 lbs honey). I'd toyed with the idea before but never followed through. So I added some cinnamon sticks, ginger root, and sweet orange peel to secondary. Thing is, it never occurred to me to sanitize the spices before I added them. On a scale of 1 to totally, how screwed am I likely to be from an infection standpoint? The ABV is about 9%, and the FG is about 1.000, if that helps.

Most likely won't be a problem at all as long as you keep O2 away from your brew. Most spices are sanitized to some extent anyway before packaging to increase shelf life.
