I am planning on listening to the episode. I am thinking of trying a new angle. I want to do this recipe using NZ hops and make it an Aussie/Kiwi influenced imperial IPA. The problem I am having is picking grain and yeast. I cant find any malt product here in the US from Australia or New Zealand and the same for yeast. So I plan on using the closest I can find which will be British Maris Otter and probably London Ale.
