I just got back to Colombia with my dehydrated blueberries and cherry's. They are not available here and on an earlier post someone recommended dehydrated fruit for traveling convenience and weight. How much dehydrated fruit per gallon? Anyone have a recipe to share?
I don't want a weak wine but on the other hand I want this to make as much as possible. Who knows when I will get a chance to get more.

While I was gone I had 1 gallon of welch grape juice fermenting and a gallon of raspberry-chipotle. They are both ready to rack and stabilize now. They are both experiments an I am curious how they turned out.
As soon as I finish them I would like to try something with the dehydrated fruit. Suggestions appreciated.
