So I was brewing my second batch and was rinsing out the bucket put that had the extract on it. I took my eye off what I was dong for just second and my dipping cup tilted slightly back and poured out on the top of my hand!
Had to finish the brew with my left had (awkward), but I got it done. This is five days of fermenting. Gonna call it "Hand Burner IPA", anyone think of something better???
