Dead ringer F G??

does anyone know what a proper F G should be for Dead Ringer kit? I took a sample from my primary after one week I'm at 1020 @ 68 degrees.
 
Is it an extract or all grain kit? It's not uncommon for extract recipes to finish up at 1.020. If you're using extract, check the gravity again in a couple days. If it's stable, fermentation is probably done.
