This is the NB Two Hearted clone, correct? Assuming so, my first attempt at it was better than the latter two. What I did was forgo the pellets for dry hopping and used 2 ounces of whole leaf (Centennials, of course) for 1 week. Stands out in the top 5 all-grain brews I've ever made, among 50 or more.
