Thurs morning take fg reading. If good put in keezer for a few hrs to soft crash to 40’s F. Remove at noon add dry hop1.
Friday morning put back into keezer set to 40 deg and remove sat morning warm to 50’s then add second dry hop
Sunday before leaving for work 7pm hard cold crash for 36hrs then remove and keg Tuesday.

Or take fg reading thurs night. Place in keezer Friday morning for 24hr soft crash. Pull sat morning let warm to 50F add dry hop 1. Sunday morning add dry hop 2 then hard cold crash Sunday night before work.

I’m either case I’ll be keging the beer by day 13 on Tuesday Prob pros and cons to both with way I’m sure it’ll turn out fine and it’s all about experimenting.

1.5oz Vic secret. 1.5oz Sabro 2x

I work 24hr shifts so that’s why I’m placing and removing the fermenter in 24hr increments. Ferm vessel is a fermzilla that’ll be under 2-3psi co2 or have the keg connection hooked into a co2 Mylar filled balloon.
