Has anyone successfully gotten in touch with anyone from CuS.S Brewing's customer service? I need to exchange a chiller I got from them but they have been unresponsive to email, text, and phone for the past few weeks. I know they are a small shop but I'd like to get this exchange started so I can get the correct size chiller and brew with it.
