It's a wit, it's on the high end of all the style guidelines.

6 lbs Wheat malt Belgium
5 lbs Pale malt US
.5 lbs Rice hulls
.5 lbs Flaked Oats
.5 lbs Biscuit malt

mash at 150 for 75
sparge with 168

.65 Centennial (8.7 AA) (60) bittering 16.4 IBU
.50 Saaz (3.3) (15) flavor/aroma 2.4 IBU

at 15 minutes
.75 oz coriander seed
zest of four oranges

washed wlp 400

I figured I could use centennial for bittering because i have 10 ounces of it to go through, anyone see a problem with that? or anything else.. another question I have is whether or not I will need the rice hulls for the sparge with 6 lbs of wheat

Looks good. You want to use rice hulls when your using more than 20 percent wheat as it gets pretty sticky. so definitely keep them in there

Cool... just making sure i wasn't about to make any horrible mistakes
