I'm planning on making a witbier with cranberries/cranberry juice; I planned on just adding some 100% cranberry juice to a standard witbier recipe. The recipe I found calls for 1oz coriander seeds and 1oz bitter orange peel.

Should I leave out the orange peel? Both? Neither? Since I plan on adding cranberry. I haven't brewed a wit before. Planning on using WLP300 Belgian Wit

Thanks in advance!

Orange and cranberry go good together. When making cranberry sauce from scratch for example, often orange liqueur is added. That said, id use fresh zest from a good smelling orange. The dry bitter peel you get from the LHBS,.... Im not a fan.
