I'm brewing this tommorow. I don't know exactly what the OG will be. It is a straight steep and rinse (I like to steep in 4 gallons of water hence the large amount of grain, criticize away). I do full boils starting with 6 gallons and boiling it down to 5. I'll just post the whole recipe including irrelvant stuff, in case anyone is interested. Thanks so much in advance guys.

60 min .4 oz Magnum (13%AAU)
60 min .7 oz Simcoe (13%AAU)

15 min 1.25 oz Amarillio (? AAU)

2 oz Amarillo (Dry Hop)
2 oz Centennuial (Dry Hop)

Massive 1968 London ESB starter
steep @ 159 for 45 min
