Hi guys,
So I just recently tried and Dunkelweizen and really enjoyed it. I love Hefes in the summer and thought I'd try to make a darker version for the winter months.

Anyone have a recipe I could try to make a Coopers Wheat close to this style?
I do have around 2lbs of Dark DME, 1lb of Amber DME, a pack of Wyeast 3068. The selection of grain locally are non-existant and would have to order online.

What would this be like? (I'm still new to this whole process)

1.7kg TC Wheat Beer Kit
2lb Light DME
1lb Dark DME
Wyeast 3068

Any advice would be great, thanks.
Brad
