Cooling beer then storing at room temp

I put a lot of my beers in the refrigerator for a home brew tasting I had last weekend. I have more beers in the refrigerator then I like to keep at a time. I need space with the holidays coming up. Can I take them out and put them back in the storage closet without hurting it?

You'll be fine. Im not sure ive ever taken beer out of the fridge and not consumed it right away or taken it somewhere for consumption. My first reaction was "does not compute".
