My wife is starting the tomato garden inside and asked me about introducing small amounts of Co2 to her indoor green house. I figured that we could use a fermenting bucket of sugar water that we could 'feed' as activity waned and change out when needed.

I was wondering if there was a particular yeast strain that had a flatter fermentation curve at warmer temps say 75 - 80 degrees. I would like to find a yeast that isn't too aggressive and one might even call 'Lazy'.
