Good morning everyone, its a great day for a quantum chemistry test.
But my real concern is my lager; it took me about a week to bring it down to lagering temps, but I think they have been moving around +/- 4 or 5 degs.
What affect might this have on the finished product, or is it not about consistency as much it is a ballbark coldness.
Thanks for your input and wish me luck, I hope my wavefunctions are easy to integrate

If your primary was done before you started to lower to lagering temps than I would say you scored a success. Slowly lowering the temps cause the yeast to further absorb all the byproducts it made during the ferment.
Rather than causing it to flocc out immediatly, it was able to adapt to slow dropping temps.
