Hello, I have a Westmalle clone sitting in the primary. As per the recipe I need to rack it into a secondary fermenter next week and keep it there for 4 weeks at a 50 F temp. With my current set up i do not have a way to get my room to that temp. I was wondering if I could put my fermenter in a big enough water bucket and try to get it to 50 F using ice? Obviously i would have to be monitoring constantly...
Does anyone have any advice or a different idea?
