I have a Belgian that was in primary for two weeks then racked to secondary for another two. I need to free up my carboy but I want to age the Belgian for a little while longer . So my question when you condition in a keg do you rack it and just let it sit till your ready and then prime or do you carb it up and then let it sit. I don't have a kegerator to keep it cold yet but

I throw a pound or two of pressure on mine and just leave them in my basement till I am ready to refrigerate and carb. Has worked for me pretty well.

Yes, you can go ahead and carbonate now too while it ages, save a few days at serving time.

Cool. I'm going to go ahead and keg it. I need to get a deep freeze and convert it I have everything else to keg

Corny Kegs are my secondary. Rack, carbonate, lager, drink when ready. ;)
