Condensation in bottle necks

I am a fairly new brewer and I notice that all of my bottles have condensation in the headspace. Is that normal?

I'm experiencing the same thing with my bottle conditioned beer; I placed my bottled into a 3-4C environment from 20C environment (which it was at for 3 weeks). I'm pretty sure the condensation is occurring because of the temperature differential. Here's a thread where a more experienced brewer says its fairly common and is ok;
