Just got done with the valve and site gauge. Pic attached for those that want to see.

The question I have is; Is anyone putting a pick tube in their HLT, or just setting the "zero" line at the bottom of the valve?

I'm building out a 20 gallon eHLT right now with a concord pot.

I'll certainly put a dip tube on it. My still working but soon to be replaced HLT is a 10 gallon and I could siphon all but 3 cups with the dip tube in place.
