I've recently moved into a new dwelling and have no room to store or operate this homebrew system. This is a perfect system for a homebrewer who wants to take the next step with their hobby brewing beer or creating a nanobrewery; or for a commercial brewery looking for a pilot system to trial new recipes. This fully automated, temperature controlled, 20 gallon Recirculating Infusion Mash System (RIMS) requires only a residential propane tank, garden hose connection, and electrical wall outlet to operate. This system utilizes only tri-clamp sanitary fittings, sanitary ball valves, copper gas plumbing, and all food grade rated tubing. The system has only been used 4 times, is fully functional, and all components are in excellent condition.
System Includes:
- Custom built 20" x 96" stainless steel frame with adjustable burner rack, and (4) lockable wheels. All coated with black high temperature paint.
- (1) 19.8 gallon SS Hot Liquor Tank, thermowell with thermometer, sanitary 3/4" ball valve
- (1) 19.8 gallon SS Mash Tun, stainless steel false bottom, thermowell with thermometer, sanitary 3/4" ball valve, and recirculation fittings
- (1) 30 gallon SS Combination Brew Kettle and Whirlpool, sanitary 3/4" ball valve, sanitary 3/8" hose barb
- (1) 20 gallon SS Conical Fermenter with legs and handles, thermowell and thermometer, sanitary 3/4" ball valve, lower sanitary 1" ball valve, 1/2" port in lid with hose barb (for blow off and wort transfer).
- All cut to size food grade and high temperature rated tubing necessary for fluid transfers.
- (30) Tri Clamps and gaskets
- (2) AC-5B-MD March Pumps (high temp rated) with tri clamp fittings and 3/4" sanitary ball valves. Maximum flow rate of 17 gallons per minute, but ball valves allow adjustment of flow rate.
- (3) Propane Jet Burner with adjustable flow valves
- (2) Honeywell 1/2", 24 Vac Standing Pilot Gas Valve, (2) Honeywell Pilot Burners, and (2) thermocouples (these components, in conjunction with the control panel, operate the HLT and Mashtun burners to maintain your desired temp.)
- (1) Pro Series - Convoluted Counterflow Chiller with tri clamp fittings
- (1) Stainless steel mash paddle
- (1) Ranco two stage electronic temperature control unit (operates heating and cooling units to maintain desired fermentation temperature)
- (1) 110v electronic control panel that includes 2 Auger Instruments PID temperature control units (used to set desired temperature for HLT and Mash Tun). 2 on/off/auto switches for the Honeywell Gas valves. 2 on/off control switches for both March Pumps. 1 primary on/off switch for entire panel.
- (2) 4" RTD Sensors, (2) 3-way tri clamp tee, and (2) panel mount connectors (these sensors are positioned within the tri clamp tee and maintain continuous temperature readings as fluid exits the HLT and Mash Tun when being recirculated or transferred between vessels. Any reading outside of the desired temperature will instruct the gas valves to fire if the temperature is to low, or shut off is the temperature is too high.)
- (2) 25 ft. food grade garden hose
- (1) 10 lbs medical grade oxygen tank and (1) .2 Micron Oxygen Diffusion Stone
- (1) 15 lbs carbon dioxide tank with (1) dual gauge gas regulator, (1) 2 way manifold, (2) ball lock assembly gas lines and (2) MFL ball lock disconnects (used to pressurize 2 kegs simultaneously, and utilization of a Blinchmann Beer Gun).
- (1) Blichmann Beer Gun and accessory kit
