Coming back to it in Phoenix

Took a really long hiatus but I feel its time to come back. I frequented this place back in 2006+ when even Yooper was just learning

Just took the first steps to putting together a new 10 Gallon rig today and decided on going with Ss Brewtech this time. I have about 500+ batches under my belt both professional and home.

Pretty excited and cant wait or my first brewday back

Welcome! I've been lurking all year haha just got into brewing in October and I just got myself a 15 gallon ss brewtech.. it's a beast of a kettle, I can't wait to use it.. Let me know how your SS kettle is!
