Combining batches

I made several one gallon batches of JOAM. Two were made one week apart and one other gallon batch was made a month later. I would like to place them in a three gallon carboy to age together. Can I put the two gallons in now and the third at the end of the month or should I put all three together now. Is this a proper thing to do???

I would put them in the 3 gallon carboy on the same day. Leaving one out for most of a month would leave a whole lot of headspace.
