Mashed for 60 minutes at 152. Fly sparged.

Pretty basic, simple IPA with a lot of room to mess with hops and schedule. Turned out GREAT. Wife says it's piney, but I don't smell much pine. Mostly fruity and earthy, nice combo. Used this combo because I was going to just make an all Amarillo blonde, but had Cascade and Chinook on hand and HBS gave me a free pack of Citra with my $50 purchase, so went all out.

Trying it again tonight with some Cascade saved for the dry hop too. This brew is a winner for sure.

I dry hopped it on day 11. Bottled on day 21. Drank my first at day 29. Splendid.
