I saw an ad in the classified section below for a gas-fired 90 gallon coffee urn. Would it be possible to modify an electric coffee urn to be used as a HLT and MT? Just wondering if anybody has tried this before.

Well, most coffee is made at around 140º, and commercial places like to crank it up to 185º at times, so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

90 gallons, what would wake me up. Along with a battalion.
90 gallons, are you serious? I would buy it just to have it if the price was right.
